This is kind of like all the group questions I keep reading but not…annoyingly said I know
Anyway, I had Openfire working great for a while, then a bunch of servers died and I had more pressing matters until the other day when I was asked when the chat system would be up again. Between the first install and yesterdays, I organized our AD into groups so that the structue looks like this:
Domain.loser.local
Admin
Users
Computers
Records
Etc
So I set the Base DN as dc=domain,dc=loser,dc=local, well that didn’t work. I don’t care about the groups, I just want everyone in them imported as a user. There a way to do this? I mean I guess I could change the structure to:
Domain.loser.local
Group
Admin
Records
Etc
But that seems…well…less neat…
