LDAP Configuration with Microsoft AD

Hi,

I have setup my AD in the fashion shown below:

chat.local

|

|__Dialer Admin in this OU i have 2 users

|

|__Tech Admin in this OU i have 3 users

|

|__Engineer in this OU i have 2 users

|

|__Users

I use the base DN as dn=users;dc=chat,dc=local and administrator DN i use as administrator@chat.local. When I press test settings it is successful. But in the next step USER MAPPING when I press test settings it does not find any user. Kindly help me with the resolution of the same.

Hi

If you want to users from OU Users try: cn=Users, dc=chat, dc=local
If you want to all users from chat.local try: dc=chat, dc=local
