Ldap environment - no 'buddies' at all

i’m connecting openfire 3.5.2 to an openLDAP server. everyone can authenticate fine and connect to the server but no one can see each other at all. i don’t want to really set groups up for these guys but if i’m forced to i will. i’d rather just have one gigantic buddy list for people. any ideas?

You still will need at least one group with all users in it. Then this group needs to be shared via the openfire User\Groups settings.

yeah i ended up just re-doing the group and sharing bit. thanks for the heads up! all is back to normal.
