LDAP groups "Share with additional users" issue

I’'ve noticed that when I try to share an AD LDAP group, using the “Share with additional users” feature, it only returns a few hundred groups. The problem is the group I want to share with is further down in the list that is being cut off. Is there any way to increase the number of gorups returned in the Roster Sharing screen?
