I’m installing the Windows version of this. We currently have an older version of the Linux version up and going, but we need to move this to Windows. I’m having trouble with the ldap configuration on the setup wizard. I get invalid credentials every time, but my credentials are correct. Can someone help me to verify the correct syntax for the Base DN and Administrator DN fields?
I like to use the root of the domain as my base dn so something like dc=example,dc=com this equals example.com
administrator dn is a user account that has access to read ldap/ad. This usually can be a non privilege account. this format can be in user@example.com format.
