This has happened twice now within the span of a week.
All the users get disconnected and when I try to access the admin console it says the account doesn’t exist.
After using the back door access token and finally going in to the admin console I find out that the Administrator DN information, under server settings -> profile settings, is blank and I have to put in the LDAP admin information again.
Any one know of a possible cause as to why the Administrator DN information might get cleared out?
