LDAP setup in 3.1

I am trying to install 3.1 (emedded) on a W2k member server. I have been unable to login to the admin console at all. I know many people have had this problem, but I can’'t seem to find the problem. I have verified my baseDN and adminDN are correct via the Softerra LDAP browser. below is the xml for our new server that is having the problem, and also our current server that works. Thanks in advance for help!

When setting up LDAP does the original admin login get disabled?

I changed the line

and it works for me

I got it working. I completly reinstalled, used all the same values ( I think) and it worked.
