List subnets in xmpp.client.login.allowed?

Hi.
I know what the field is for, and I see the explanation of what to put there on this page…
http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/docs/DOC-1061 , but do I really have to list each and every IP address separately?

For one of the subnets that I’m allowing in, I can just use a wild card, and that works just fine.

However, the other subnet = not so, because I don’t want the entire subnet to have access - only a portion of it - but there doesn’t appear to bew a way to specify the range without typing every IP address in there.

I have tried 111.111.111.111/222.222.222.222 and 111.111.111.111/22 (the normal ways of representing subnets), but it does not work.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

p.s.
I also tried 111.111.111.111-150 but that doesn’t work either.
