Live Chat to specific user instead of queue

We would like to have customer’s start a live chat session to a specific user instead of to a queue. We would like to avoid creating 150 queues, 1 for each user. Is this possible? and what is the best way to do it?

Currently, I am not aware of a way to do it a specific user without creating a one person queue. I have the same issue but not at a scale of 150 support users.

Currently the only way to have a request go to only one user, is to have that user be the only agent in a queue, so you’d have to create a queue for each solo member you’d like.
