can I do localize my version of Spark? (Russian language for example)

there’'s a thread in this forum called “Guide for translators” and I did try to write a compressed wiki article: http://wiki.igniterealtime.org/display/SPARK/GuideforTranslators
There is a tool for i18n files available at http://popeye.sourceforge.net/ but it has problem with long lines (multi-lines which use “”). Not sure if you find it useful or if it breaks more than it helps. So if you want to use it you must make sure that no mutli-lines with “” are in the default i18n file.
