Locking Spark down to one server

We’re wanting to deploy IM across our company, however, due to HIPAA concerns, we do not want our users to be able to connect to any server other than Openfire located on the intranet.

Is there a way we can set it so that they can not manually change the server? Preferrably, we’d like to hide the server field on the main page.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.
