I have tested this http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=158615 with Windows version of Wildfire 3.0.1. Though it doesnt work for some users (with linux). But it doesnt actually read logs, it creates its own logs in database. And this plugin is no longer developed i think.

Hi!

I ran to the same problem, so I spent some time with it and created a small utility to view WildFire chat logs (those with .log extension in xml format). LogViewer is compiled by Visual Studio 2003 and uses MFC, so you may want to install it, not just run the utility.

This is the first release of LogViewer, so there may be bugs. Chat export to text file will implemented in the next release.

I have been using BaqKyra’‘s LogViewer for awhile… but recently I’‘ve started seeing logs with chats, but no text and found chat in the log files that didn’‘t show up in the viewer. I’'m thinking some formatting has changed in the log files perhaps? Hopefully an updated version will come out or JiveSoftware will finally build a log viewer into the Admin CP
