I`m using windows 2008 + openfire 3.7.1 + sparks
I’m having problems with some users, some users cannot log in sparks and the problems isnot user account or password

User Login Failed. PLAIN authentication failed
if its the same users that can’t sign in, then its likely a permissions issue in AD with your ldap lookup account.
