I am running openfire 3.4.2 on my server and my clients are using Spark 2.5.8. A problem has occurred recently of everyone getting an invalid username or password error when they try to login. I also get the same error message when I try to login to the admin console. I am using an embedded DB along with AD for authentication. I have found that if I reinstall openfire on the server and go through the configuration setup again, everything works fine, but if the server is rebooted or even if the service is shutdown and restarted, the problem comes back. Has anyone else seen this and if so how do you fix it? thanks in advance
