Logout with reason

We are running Wildfire 3.2.1 and Spark 2.0.8 and the logout with reason functionality does not appear to be working. Is there a server setting or change that needs to be done that we missed or is it that it just does not work at this point??

Hello,

This was an issue in Spark 2.0.8, but has since been fixed in Spark 2.5.0 Beta 3.

Sorry Derek, but I downloaded 2.5.0 Beta 4 and it doesn’'t work any better than 2.0.8.

Hi mike,

You should be seeing the reason status next to the users in the offline group. You are not seeing this at all? BTW, make sure that the person who logged out with a reason is on beta 4 as well ;).

Yes, the person I was testing with is also running Beta4. We neither saw the message next to the name nor on the hover panel.

Hi Derek,

Update - we updated our wildfire server to 3.2.3 Also, we are running the database on MSSQL 2000 SP3a. When we did the upgrade it did not appear to make any changes in the db structures. Where is the signout text being stored???
