Looking for contract programmer to develop Smack/Spark project

This is a project to design and code a plug-in for Jive’s open-source Spark IM client. If you have experience with Spark and/or Smack development and are interested in taking on a (for-pay) project, please see the attachement for more project details.

There are two stages to the project:

  1. Design
  2. Development
