I might be just overlooking something but is it possible to manage incoming AIM messages through the Spark/Fastpath interface?
We would like to use AIM as a suplimental form of support but with some way of managing incoming AIM messages without one agent being overloaded.
Any help or advice regarding this subject would be most appreciated.
