Meaning of askstatus="0", recvstatus="-1" and substatus="0"

Hi there,

if i use the import/export service i get a XML-File with all user and there contacts as listed below:

What is the meaning of Meaning of askstatus=“0”, recvstatus="-1" and substatus=“0” and why they are different from contact to contact ?
