I’m a newbie (server admin not app analyst) who got this thing put in my lap. We upgraded from Wildfire 3.1.1 to 3.2.0 then to Openfire 3.5.2. (Our clients use Pandion. and we use a sql back end. User accounts are pulled from AD groups.) After the upgrade, I am have been having intermittent problems where some users can recieve messages but when they send a responce, it doesnt get to the recipient.
So far the only thing I’ve seen to fix this is rebooting the server. The problems are sporadic and not specific to any given PC or user. I don’t tend to see any problems for at least a few days after a reboot. I am suspecting some caching issues, but I don’t really know what to look for. Any suggestions would be welcome.
