Is there a way to send a message to the client when messages are being recorded.
This is something we do at present with our other messaging gateway.
Basically so that it shows a message warning both parties that the conversation is being recorded.
Also is it possible that only the internal users message would be recorded, as this is a legal requirement and we are not supposed to record the text of external users only our own users.

other messaging services like ICQ offer a more or less fine privacy policy the users must accept if they want to use the service. So I wonder if you can do something similar, so there would be no need to inform the users and you could log everything.
