I am brand new to Openfire and Spark. We are evaluating before deploying it to everyone. When a chat is happening and you minimize the chat window, is there a way to make any new messages pop-up in front of whatever screen you are on? Right now, the icon blinks in the taskbar, but does not pop-up. Again, I am just now getting started so I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I think you’re going to want to enable “Toast popups” in the notification section of the preferences.
