Migracion de usuarios a openfire 3.6.4 desde openfire 3.3.0

hola a todos por favor:

Tengo el siguiente inconveniente, estoy realizando la migración de un servidor openfire 3.3.0 a un servidor openfire 3.6.4 sobre linux fedora 4, pero tengo un problema, la instalación se hace correctamente, la migración de usuarios tambien, pero al conectar desde spark (cliente), algunos usuarios que han sido migrados no pueden ver sus contactos y además al entrar al sevidor en sesiones activas, sesiones de clientes el valor presencia aparece desconectado y la prioridad en 0…

Por favor me pueden ayudar tengo muchos inconvenientes por este tema… gracias…
