Any one Migrating the Open fire from 3.10.2 to 4.2.3 for windows server latest version please help me.

You should do backups and prepare for breaking changes as a lot has changed beteen these versions. I would not update to the latest version at once. You could install newer vetsions one bu one from here

Also read about windows service changes here http://download.igniterealtime.org/openfire/docs/latest/documentation/install-guide.html as Openfire is installing service automatically since 4.1.5. If you have service using, you should stop it before every installation.
