I’m using Wildfire 3.2.3 (haven’t had time to update yet :P) with a total of 400+ users with ~200 users online at any time. We’ve been facing rather odd issues with the server.
First of all, some messages sent from online users to online users gets lost. The only way to resolve this is for the user to restart the client program. This happens to users using several client programs from JAJC, Exodus, Pidgin and Pandion.
Secondly, if I add new users/groups to the roster, existing logged in users can only view these new users/groups by restarting the client program.
Any help/pointer is greatly appreciated.
