As a way of getting this pushed through management I was thinking that by monitoring the amount of traffic that goes through the jabber server currently employed within my department I could show how much people loved to use it! So I was wondering if anyone had used cacti or maybe mrtg to monitor the traffic created by jive messenger on the server.
