Monitoring Service - msgs older than max msg age not deleted

Max Message Age was set to 0. I changed the Max Message Age to 120, restarted Monitoring Plugin, but the web browser lookup is still pulling data from April 21, 2024 through present day.

What am I missing?

Hi Paula,

That doesn’t sound quite right. Can you confirm that you find entries like these in your Openfire log files?

"Deleted X conversations with date older than: Y

A sometimes recurring issue is that some settings require a restart of the plugin (or even Openfire) to take effect. I’d consider that a bug, but as a workaround, you may want to give that a try, to see if it fixes things for you. Please let us know!
