Move users from Flat Server to new server with MySQL DB

I just setup a new Jive Messenger that uses MySQL as the DB. I was wondering if there is any way to import, from an old server that used the flat xml file for User info, into the new server.

I am a complete newb, so any help would be appreciated, or even a “You can’'t” will suffice.

have you tried using the User Import Export plugin?

Export from the flat file system then try to import into the MySQL system.
