I’ve got a user who is being repeatedly disconnected and then re-connected to MSN, this is upsetting all his contacts as they get alerts…
It’s been going on for a while and I’ve been ignoring it (as you do), I did change his MSN password incase somebody else was logging into his MSN elsewhere but that didn’t make any diference.
Today I put the debug logging to get a better idea of what was going on, and I found several instances of the following…

With my untrained eye, this looks like MSN is throwing him off for some reason.
Does anybody have any other suggestions ?
