I’'m using Adium for OSX (Windows/OSX user here) and have my own local Wildfire server. The first time I connect to the Wildfire server, my client throws a “java.net.SocketException: Connection reset” to the screen. Hitting OK, quitting and restarting the client seems to fix it immediately.
