Multiple Sessions for one client -> no offline messages!

Hello,

i have the problem that some users have multiple sessions in openfire, but they only have one client (latest pidgin).

Because of this, the offline messages don’t arrive correctly (i think they arrive at the wrong session).

Is it possible to force the server to single session for every user, this could solve the problem.

This is a known problem with no fix yet [OF-829] Ghost sessions left on a server when using Pidgin client - Jive Software Open Source

It is not possible to limit a number of sessions with different resources.
