When i am trying my app without Citrix MDM its working fine, but With MDM even not authanticating.
anyone got same issue, need help.

I think it is better to first contact your system administrator working with that MDM or Citrix. Maybe there is some policy blocking instant messaging apps or XMPP protocol.
No there is no policy block.
Now facing new issue i have the following structure.
Openfire Server 1 |
------------ Load Balancer ------------ MDM ctrix --------- Mobile App
Openfire Server 2 |
if i removed load balancer and direct to the node it will work.
