My company needs to open a new account for spark or openfire. Who do I contact and how do I do it?

Openfire and Spark are open source and free to use. Just download and install.

Does your company employee any java devs? If so, please considering asking them to contribute to the project.

If you need to add another user to your system, then contact your IT staff or the person who have installed Openfire/Spark for you and administrates it. Openfire is not a web/cloud service, it is installed and managed inside the network.
