I installed Openfire and the Spark client on my OpenSuse 11.3 Linux environment. I also created a user on the Openfire admin page. But the Spark client doesn’t connect to the server; I tried a local copy of Spark as well as a remote copy from a different computer. One area that I am unsure of is whether the stock Java JVM from Opensuse 11.3 works well with the server/client. If there is something simple I am neglecting, please let me know. Thank you.
