Could you explain what you mean by the main menu not working? Im able to navigate around “File,Contacts,Actions,Help” just fine.

Downloaded, and tested - Preferences and File Transfer are back. Thank you Speedy & Wroot!

Fastpath isn’t working in spark_2_7_5_391. for MAC

Fastpath works for me on Linux (Ubuntu). Which is the closest platform to Mac OS X that i have available for me. Was it working in older builds? In which one, if so? Maybe recent changes to build.xml has affected this (not building something). Maybe speedy would look into this.

Yes it was working in the older Version like “Spark 2.5.8” I have been using this versions but it has other issues Like file transfer and all which current version fixed it but now the only issue i am facing is this Fastpath.

Well, 2.5.8 is really old. It is not open source even and had some proprietary things in there. So Fastpath could be affected by lots of things, since there were hundreds of code changes since then throughout the years. I will file this, but it will be hard to find out what broke it. Btw, was it maybe working with 2.6.3 at least? Or 2.7.0? Also have you tried to send a Fastpath request and see if the message pops up for the agent on Mac OS X? Maybe it is just Fastpath tab not showing controls, but maybe it still works kind of?

i have been using 2.5.8 and Fastpath was working fine for me. i could accept calls as it was popping up and yes Message was popping up on Mac i have agents account on PC as well so Message pops up normally their as it does but only on Mac it doesn’t with this new version of Mac u guys released. I hope it wil be fixed soon

I wouldn’t have much hope though. There are no experienced developers working on Spark currently. Also Fastpath is not in development for many years. Can you test or tell if Fastpath was working properly with any of 2.6.x or 2.7.x versions or was it only with 2.5.8?

Umair, go to this thread to discuss Fastpath problem (i will add a link to 2.6.0 version there, there was no 2.7.0 installer for Mac, so no way to test) Fastpath not working on Mac OS X
