We are using OpenFire meetings and our userbase is linked to LDAP. When they log into an ofmeet their nickname is just a random set of characters such as 2c9d1da6 and not their Display Name or Nickname that is in the roster/directory.
Sometimes the proper name comes through, but most times it does not. Is there a setting or configuration that can force/fix this?
