No buddy icons

I am running Openfire 3.6.0 and the latest IM Gateway (1.2.4d) but I cannot see buddy icons anymore for MSN users (or Yahoo but I understand that does not work yet). I was looking through the log and I do see an error, though have no idea if this is related or not. I will paste it in case.

I am running this on OS X 10.5.5 and using iChat as the client.

Same problem here. Using 1.1.3 beta 3 and Pidgin as the client.

Kraken plugin is not in development anymore, so there will be no fixes.
