No Incoming call pops using spark

Good day I have wildfire 2.4.3 and spark 1.03 running with the asterisk-IM Plugin

I am able to see “on phone” status when my contacts make or recieve calls.

I am NOT getting a dial button when chatting with a contact.

I am not getting any inbound call information

Do i need any dialplan logic to make the screen pop with caller id?

I’'m not sure, I can see the custom notifications in help->show traffic window under raw recieved - though I had to use the ‘‘o’’ flag in the Dail() application to show the correct caller id.

I’'m currently under the impression that there might be a custom property to enable Sparks Asterisk-IM integration mode

I finally upgraded our asterisk install to 1.2 friday, so I can now begin to start fixing all the asterisk 1.2 related bugs.
