Hi,
We use openfire+fastpath as our webchat platform and then our staff uses spark.
The problem is that when one of our agents picks up a chat or when they transfer the chat to another agent, the party to which the chat is being transfer is not being notified in any way (neither sound or popup).
I fiddled around with Spark settings but with no success, google also doesn’t provide any solution to my problem.
Has anyone experienced the issue and would be able to provide a solution?
Software used: Openfire 3.6.4, Fastpath Service 4.1.0, Fastpath Webchat 4.0.0, Spark 2.6.0 RC1
