Hey there. Trying to see if I can consolidate my 100 groups in Spark for my users. This requires sub groups and im running into some little issues.
I have learned to make sub groups by using the " :: " divider, however I get “There are no online contacts in this group messages” where i do not want them.
Here is an example of what im trying to do. Hopefully someone can set me straight.
Group: Arizona
Subgrouped by city: -Phoenix
Subgrouped by departement: -Parts (group where users are)
So thats about it. I need those for a few branches in our company. shows me the “no contacts in group” message below the parts group where i have users in, twice, because Arizon and Phoenix technically have no users in them. Any ideas?
