Notification Icon not working properly (away and available)

The green and yellow icon are not working properly for our users. People will show up as away when they are actually at their desk. Currently we are running ,Spark 2.8.3, Build: 960. Any input will be appreciated.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, but we’re using the same Spark version and our Spark away & available is working properly.

Did you install the client control plugin?

This must be enabled if you installed it.

[SPARK-1777] Presence getting stuck in Away mode sometimes - IgniteRealtime JIRA

It is hard to reproduce, therefore hard to fix. Clean reinstall and profile wipe seems to help, but sometimes the problem still comes back.
