Offline Messages

Hi,

I configured Offline Message Policy[/u] with these options: Store[/b]: Store offline messages for later retrieval; and Always Store[/b]: Always store messages, even if the max storage size has been exceeded.

But it does’'nt works. I mean when an user sends a message to other user offline, this message sent by the user online never appears and never is retrieved to the user offline when is getting online again. Why? what i dismissed? Anybody has a idea about the problem?

PD: I configured 10240,00 KB per-user offline message storage limit.

Hola David,

I don’'t know which client you are using but could you open the xml traffic window (e.g. F12 in Spark, Exodus or Pandion) and post the XML of the message that your client is sending? Also, do you see any errors in the log files? Which version of the server are you using?
