Ofmeet doesn't work properly

For some days I’m trying to get videoconferencing working with Openfire 4.3.2 and ofmeet 0.9.5, offocus.

Connecting with the browser to https://servername:7443/ofmeet works, users can select the room i create and log in. Focus user and users seems connected and for few seconds they see and hear each other. But after 30-40 seconds each user can neither see video nor hear audio from the others. Any ideas?
