One user unable to auth in Spark but fine in Clearspace

I have a single user… (of course it has to be be my boss right?) who cannot authenticate in Spark against our CS integrateted server. This started today for no apparent reason. No on else is having this issue, just him. It’s definitely his login and not his client as Ihave tried loggin in as him from several other machines from which I can login to other accounts. I have rebooted everything involved. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

TIA,

Jack
