I need to know if this idea is possible.
I have a group of call center agents and I just want them to recieve messages, not to send them, I don’t even want them to see other rosters. Is ther any way to do this?
You could try to setup privacy lists, but they might be available only in next spark versions.

If you are using Openfire you might want to look at the Packet Filter plugin. With it you can block communications on the server side of things which can be much easier to administer and works with any client.
