Open fire application gets crashed

Dear Sir,

I have installed Openfire server in Windows 2008 R2 server and currently about 250 users are concurrently logged in. however when ever i re-start the server (Hard Reset) the Openfire Admin console is going to setup mode and i have to re-run the setup again. Please kindly tell me a solution for this as it is very critical for our user login.

If you are using Openfire via the Launcher, then launcher has to be running via Run as administrator, because UAC will not allow it to make changes to Program Files\Openfire folder. You should install Openfire as a service (read the installation guide).
