Openfire 3.10.2 utf-8 encoding

Hi!

I install version 3.10.2, but the UTF-8 encoding does not work, I had to uninstall and reinstall version 3.9.3 where the symbols á é í ó ú ñ, etc., are correctly.

Anyone else has happened?
