I have just downloaded and installed openfire 3.6.4, however when i go to the admin console to try and login in with what ever password i try it dosent work i have redone the installation a few times with no effect.
I am using the username: admin and the password i provided in the setup, why isnt it working??

I had the same problem with you. But you can solve it simply by restarting openfire before login for the first time. So, after installing just close ( exit) the program and then restart the server and sign in using User Name (Admin) and the password that you have given during the setup…
Not to be rude but read the announcements at the top of the community. Or at the very least do a search before posting. This has been discussed too many times already.
