I am using openfire 3.6.4 on windows server 2003 ent sp2 russian.
There is a problem: usernames instead of russian letters appear with question marks (???).
But it does not appear immediately, but after some time. I noticed that after the registration of new user and enter a new user.
The new user appears in the roster, question marks instead of usernames.
For old users normal usernames in the roster.
This issue happened in Spark 2.5.8 and Pandion 2.6.90 stable.
