Openfire 3.7.0 audit log not working

Hi All,

1). I have migrated to Openfire 3.7.0.

I see audit log is not saving data.

What could be the problem???

2). I am using monitoring plugin to monitor the conversation. But it is not able to save OTR chats in human readable format.

I want to disable OTR chat from server side. What is the way??

I am at Spark 2.6.3

Kindly suggest some solution ASAP.
