Openfire 4.0.1 with Openfire Meeting Plugin 0.3.9

I had Openfire Meeting video working in Chrome until I updated to Openfire 4.0.1 and Openfire Meeting Plugin 0.3.9. Now when I connect with Chrome only chat works. I can see other users are connected in the filmstrip at the bottom of the screen, but I don’t see their video or hear their audio. At first I thought my issue was the same as in this link: Openfire 4.0.1 with OFMeeting 0.3.9 but where my problem differs is that I don’t see a meeting listed in the Meetings Summary page like we see in Jon Scottorn’s post on February 16th 2016. I am new to Openfire so I don’t know what a MUC room is or I would check that as well. If that is the group chat room, it looks like the following. The two users listed are the two connected through Chrome. The focus user is not listed here. Should it be? If so, how do I make that happen? How do I get the meeting to appear on the Meetings Summary page?
